Thea Albertyn

Hello, I'm Thea. I've been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2006 and specialise in residential real estate in the Helderberg area. I hold a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification and have fifteen years' experience in property sales. Furthermore, the fact that I have lived in Somerset West for the past forty one years, provides me with an extensive knowledge of the local property market.  

In my free time, my beautiful hometown grants me the opportunity to enjoy my favourite activities, including hiking in the nature reserve, fine dining at a number of our local top restaurants and doing some gardening. I find quality time spent with my family extremely valuable and special.  

My hard work, enthusiasm, professionalism, service excellence and dedication have been rewarded with Gold Club status, making me one of the top achievers in sales and service within the Pam Golding Group. In my fifteen years at Pam Golding Properties I have been awarded the Rookie of the Year award as well as numerous Gold Club awards.  

I am lucky enough to regard my profession not as work, but as my passion and I believe my commitment, determination and positive energy result in positive outcomes.
