Hi, I am Mabel and I am an award-winning real estate agent with Pam Golding Properties. I specialise in residential sales in Somertset West and Strand. I hold a Transvaal Higher Education three year diploma in Home Economics, a B.A. degree with psychology and indigenous languages as major subjects from UNISA and a FETC Real Estate (NQF4) qualification.
After 25 years in the education system, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate and joined the Somerset West offices of Pam Golding Properties in 1998. I never looked back and never want to retire for the sheer pleasure of matching sellers and buyers to a perfect home.
I believe that my home economics qualification, and more particularly my knowledge of and love for interior decorating, enables me to assist all my clients in realising the true potential in any property. My psychology background and knowledge of indigenous languages gives me the advantage of communicating with and truly understanding my clients’ needs. My hobby is real estate.
I believe what sets me apart is my passion for my work and my people skills, always being prepared to go the extra ten miles, achieving beyond all expectations and putting my clients’ needs first at all times.
