I am Janice and I have been in the property industry for the past seven years. I specialise in sales of Sectional Title homes as well as free-standing properties and I am proud to say that I have sold more than 160 homes to date.

I believe that the ten years spent as a bookkeeper in a management role, has vastly contributed to my success and it is this attribute that offers me the ability to provide sound property related advice.
I am a compassionate individual and in my private time you will find me involved in community project benefitting children and animals or soaking up the ocean breeze and uninterrupted views of the stately Helderberg Mountain range.
I have pledged to sponsor underprivileged children at the Bizweni Centre with each sale I make and I actively donate to NSRI and Kitty Kazz Kitten Shelter, which speaks to my inherent nature as a human being, and I trust that the contribution I make, makes an impact in the lives of those I aim to touch.
