Good day, I am Alan Dunlop, and I have been with Pam Golding Properties since February 2004. I specialise in residential sales in Simon’s Town.
I provide a positive approach to servicing my clients, identifying their needs and building trusting relationships. I have been awarded Gold Club Status for numerous years with our branch, which in turn has achieved top sales in an area, along with National Premier Awards and Highest PGP nett awards. I pride myself in working closely with my clients in every phase of the real estate transaction to ensure the buying and selling experience is pleasant and easy.
My career history has been built on liaising in the public eye, and I thrive on the one-on-one interactions with people. I find great satisfaction in finding families the perfect home, as I believe a home is the most important part of any family.
When I am not specialising in real estate you may find me around a campfire, or hiking the nearest mountain. I am an avid yachtsman, and spend quiet time on the open sea with my fishing rod.
