Rosalie Jack is an established property professional with more than 30 years of experience in real estate and has been part of Pam Golding Properties since 2000. Based in Simon's Town, where she has lived since the early 1990s, Rosalie specialises in residential and commercial property across Simon's Town, the South Peninsula and from Cape Point through to the surrounding False Bay coastline.
Rosalie began her real estate career many years ago as an assistant before developing her qualifications and progressing into a fully qualified estate agent. Her career has also included owning a franchise branch in Simon's Town, giving her valuable experience not only in property sales but also in business leadership and running a property operation.
Her professional qualifications and designations include NQF4, CEAB, MIEA, CRS, FECT Real Estate, FFC and CPD. Over the course of her career, she has received consistent Gold Club Achiever recognition, National Premier Awards and numerous service excellence awards.
Having lived in Simon's Town for decades, Rosalie has an intimate understanding of the South Peninsula and the different lifestyles offered across this distinctive part of the Cape. Her local knowledge extends from Cape Point through Simon's Town and into the wider False Bay area, allowing her to provide buyers and sellers with practical insight alongside her extensive property experience.
