My affection for property started over 40 years ago when I did conveyancing for a lawyer, this background gives me the ability to give you the correct advice regarding legal matters and procedures. My knowledge was further strengthened by managing my husband’s building company, cementing my place in the real estate market. I can advise you on regulations regarding construction and building, municipal zoning and by-laws.
Sedgefield has been my home since 1980, it has grown from a small holiday destination to a lovely small and slow town. Since joining the Pam Golding group at the end of 2004 my career has grown exponentially. I have achieved Gold Club status at least 6 times and have managed to maintain my business through some tough financial times. I have also been accredited with my NQF4 qualification.
My empathy, honesty and loyalty towards my clients has aided me in forming bonds with them. I am very approachable and will always go the extra mile for my clients. I have loyal clients that have bought and sold many homes solely through me. My children were raised in Sedgefield. We have owned our own homes in Sedgefield and currently live in Cola Beach. Taking a prospective client around town is like being a personal tourist guide, promoting our village and pointing out places of interest.
