Sanibonani, my name is Sipho Nkosi and I have been an intern agent with Pam Golding Properties in Roodepoort since 2017. I specialise in sales in the Soweto, Fleurhof areas. In my spare time I enjoy spending quality time with my family as well as working in the garden and living a relaxed life. Prior to working for Pam Golding Properties I worked in Retail banking for a number of years in the sales and customer service. I then joined a real estate agency where I mostly dealt with rentals and a hand full of sales. Customer service is very important to me as it provides me with the opportunity to build good relationships with my clients. I believe that good customer service will reward Pam Golding with more clients. I like to leave a good mark whenever I deal with clients. I want my clients to trust me with their property requirements and feel safe when dealing with me.
I am an individual with a warm personality and pride myself in always being professional and dedicated. Real Estate has always been my long term goal. I have been in the West Rand for over 10 years now, thus making me very familiar with this area. What I love most about working in the real estate industry is that fact that I get to meet new people every day. Getting to know my clients aids me in learning more about them and how to deal with them individually and uniquely. I truly enjoy building a long term relationships with clients.
