HI, I am Nicola Lloyd, I have been selling residential coastal property in Pringle Bay with Pam Golding Properties since 2004. I hold a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning and am a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate.

I am an ex-Zimbabwean with South African roots, and have lived here for 33 years. 16 of those have been in Pringle Bay, I am well-established in village life. I love the pristine environment and quality of life the surroundings bring. To be able to bring people here and assist them in purchasing into this lifestyle is a privilege.

My town planning and corporate background provide me with a wealth of knowledge and skills, which I utilise in my communication both verbally and electronically. I like to provide “Outrageous Customer Service”. I know the area exceptionally well, and provide my clients with professional and knowledgeable assistance. I pride myself in achieving a high level of trust.

I consider my participation with the Cape Town 2004 Olympic Bid Company and my contribution to our bid as my finest achievement professionally. With Pam Golding Properties I am proud to say that I have achieved Gold Club Status 8 times, and in 2007 was presented with the Boland & Overberg Service Excellence Award. These acknowledgements are as important as positive feedback you hear from clients about your personal service.

When I am not working I am walking along the beach with my dogs, visiting local wine farms, socialising with friends and generally loving the life of country living in the beautiful Overberg.
