Nicola has been selling residential property in Pringle Bay and Rooi Els with Pam Golding Properties since 2004. More than two decades specialising in these distinctive coastal markets has given her an exceptional depth of local property knowledge and an understanding of the qualities that make this part of the Whale Coast so sought after.
A qualified town planner and experienced property professional, Nicola brings together local market knowledge, an understanding of planning and development, and many years of practical property experience. Whether assisting an owner considering selling a home or helping a buyer find the right property, she believes in informed, professional advice and personal service.
Nicola is also the Manager of Pam Golding Properties Whale Coast, incorporating Pringle Bay, Rooi Els, Bettys Bay and Kleinmond. Her long association with the area gives her insight not only into individual properties, but also into the character of these coastal villages and the environmental and planning considerations associated with property in the Kogelberg Biosphere.
During her career with Pam Golding Properties, Nicola has achieved Gold Club status on numerous occasions. Her recognised achievements include Gold Club awards in 2021 and 2022 and the Boland and Overberg Service Excellence Award in 2007.
Earlier in her professional career, Nicola participated in the Cape Town 2004 Olympic Bid Company and considers her contribution to the bid one of the highlights of her professional life.
Today, her focus is firmly on coastal property and the communities she serves. Away from property, Nicola participates in organ transplant recipient sport and enjoys the country and coastal lifestyle of the Overberg.
