Hi, I am Nicola Lloyd, I have been selling residential coastal property in Pringle Bay and Rooi Els with Pam Golding Properties since 2004. I am a qualified town planner, and real estate professional with a wealth of knowledge and skills to provide professional and knowledgeable assistance when searching for or selling a home. I now manage the PGP Whale Coast Branchise incorporating Rooi Els, Pringle Bay, Bettys Bay and Kleinmond.

When I am not working I am walking along the beach with my dogs, visiting local wine farms, trying my hand at golf and pickleball and socialising with friends and generally loving the life of country living in the beautiful Overberg.
