Hello, I am Ria de Clercq and I have been with Pam Golding Properties for 10 years. I specialise in residential property sales in Waterkloof and Brooklyn.

After many years as a homemaker, after marrying at the age of 23, I started my own business in the interior decorating industry. The business ran for many successful years, until I felt it was time for a career change and approached a real estate company to embark on a career in the industry. I have embraced myself and have become so interested in the industry that 23 years later, I still find it extremely stimulating and exciting.

I consider myself a very ambitious professional and energetic person. I like daily challenges and strive to achieve my goals. I am competitive and endeavour to provide a professional service. I always put my client’s interests first. I approach every client with the utmost respect for their unique situations.

My hard work and dedication has rewarded me with Gold Club membership on 5 occasions, making me one of the top achievers in Sales and Services within the Pam Golding Group. I love the variety every day brings, each with its own challenges.

In my personal time, I love being outdoors, gardening and spending weekend with my grown-up kids at Kudu Ranch. I enjoy watching my grandchildren playing their school sports and being their biggest cheerleader.
