Julia Nkiwane

I have a national diploma in Tourism Management from the Tshwane University of Technology. I remember one lecturer mentioned that this qualification has the potential to give you a colourful career, and he was right.

I love history, nature and a bit of adventure and Pretoria with the ability to fulfil this appetite has made me a faithful “Pretorian”. Born and bred in Pretoria, my family and I moved to Mpumalanga in 2013, came back to Pretoria recently where I continued to work in client services until I landed at Pam Golding Properties. I have seen many beautiful parts of South Africa, and most importantly had the opportunity to meet people from different spheres of life. And the people are truly what has made my career colourful. 

My sales and marketing experience in hospitality, the automotive and I.T industry, made me understand the importance of client satisfaction, and I must say, there are common qualities that consumers respond well to, communication, dedication, knowledge, and consistency. I believe in these qualities and apply them in my private and professional life.

I am excited about the real estate journey; I understand of the challenges I will encounter. But I believe in giving it a go and telling the story after.
