I have 16 years of professional and management experience in both private and public sector working as a Compliance, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and Researcher. After 13 years of managing a small team in government I left to pursue mentoring role with an international mentoring organization and to assist and manage operations in a Logistic Company founded by myself and my husband.
Over the years I have always been fascinated by property business and the art of linking buyers to their new home and equally intrigued with handling the sale of someone’s personal priced possession (home). When the opportunity presented itself, I was very excited to join Pam Golding Properties as a Real Estate candidate. With my qualification in psychology where active listening and establishing a good rapport with clients ensures that a relationship goes far beyond just a selling or buying of a home.
These skills further allow me to deliver on the needs of the client through tailored approach, which means I am always client oriented. My professional experience in Compliance, M&E and Research has helped me to pay attention to detail and in the in-depth understanding of the importance of using data/information which is at your disposal to make informed decisions.
Moreover, my high level of concentration, analytical skills, paying attention to detail and excellent communication skills has helped me archive a strong and good working record which reflects my diligence and commitment to success.
