Hi, I am Carminda Pienaar-De Villiers, I’m driven and passionate working alongside Inge De Klerk. I am based in Silver Lakes Golf Estate and the Surrounds; we specialise in sales and rental properties. My interest in the field of real estate was piqued during my internship with Inge in 2017, where I discovered my love for working with people and helping them find their dream homes.
Prior to pursuing my career in real estate, I had a keen interest in architecture and structural design. I enrolled in a City and Guilds Diploma in draughting in the United Kingdom where I lived in my early twenties but I had to return to South Africa before completing the course. However, my love for architecture and design has stayed with me. I see my career in real estate as a way to help clients find homes that reflect their unique personalities and lifestyles.
I’m a proud resident of the east of Pretoria, where I have lived my whole life. I am familiar with the area and all of its hidden gems, giving me an advantage in finding the perfect home for my clients. I’m also a proud wife and mother.
I am further registered with the PPRA and am working towards becoming a full-status agent.
I describe myself as a social and adaptable person with a hunger for knowledge and a desire to learn from my colleagues and clients.
