Ashley Wann

I come from a teaching background being a qualified Montessori Directress, although I love working with children it was never my absolute passion. I landed in the Property Industry on an absolute whim, I was unemployed and struggling to find something that suited my qualification. I took a chance and I have never looked back.

I started out in a small family-owned agency as a very inexperienced intern agent. From day one I realised that this was my passion. In 2018 I joined the Pam Golding Properties group In 2018 I joined the Pam Golding Properties group and my career soared. Being a part of someone’s property journey is an absolute joy and privilege. I thoroughly enjoy working with people and playing matchmaker in assisting them find their dream home.

In 2019 I was appointed as the branch manager for the Pam Golding Properties Port Shepstone/Margate office. This brought on new challenges and thrills such as building up a team of property professionals and managing a whole office. But I love every minute of it. Seeing intern agents blossom into top selling GoldClub agents is an absolute joy. Our office won “Most Improved Office” at our regional KwaZulu-Natal GoldClub awards in 2021.

In 2022 I was appointed as the regional manager of Mohammed Amra’s four franchise offices – Durban, Westville, Pinetown and Port Shepstone. I now lead and nurture a team of wonderful managers and it is wonderful to see them build their own teams of property professionals.

I have a love for animals and nature and am truly blessed to live in such a beautiful place with the beach at my disposal for long walks with family and furbabies. I have strong family values and incorporate this into my daily routine with the Pam Golding group. My employees and agents are my family away from home. I take a lot of pride in being part of the Pam Golding Properties brand and look forward to many more happy years with this fantastic group.
