Hello, I'm Yvonne and I've been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2014. I specialise in Sectional Title residential real estate in Port Elizabeth, Kragga Kamma Uitspanning in the Fernglen area. When I am not doing that, I like to walk and liaise with the folk in the retirement village that I work, live and help in.

I have over 10 years’ experience in property sales and have lived in Port Elizabeth for the past 35 plus years. I hold a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification Board exam, NQF4, PDE and CPD which I achieved in 2015. I take great pride in what I do and always strive to do my utmost best.

My hard work and dedication has been rewarded with Gold Club membership, making me one of the top achievers in Sales and service within the Pam Golding Group in Kragga Kamma Uitspanning as their residential agent. In that time I have sold the majority of units within the complex in the past nine years than any other estate agent in the Fernglen area.

I am available 24/7 as I reside in the complex and am available at all times. I have helped many of the elderly residents in various aspects of their moving into the village when purchased property and even long after the sale, they know they can always come and ask me for whatever they require in this regard.
