Good day, I’m Noel and I’ve been involved with Pam Golding Properties on the KwaZulu Natal Lower South Coast since 2012. My expertise covers residential, commercial and agricultural sales in the area from Ramsgate, south to Port Edward including exquisite Southbroom, San Lameer and Ekubo Coastal Estate. I have been a resident of the area for almost thirty years and feel extremely privileged to live and work in this diverse community. Over the many years on the lower south coast I have developed an in depth knowledge of the area which assists me in finding the perfect match for sellers and buyers.
Our beautiful coastal area offers something for everyone, four great golf courses and endless miles of beaches including the three BLUE FLAG beaches of Ramsgate, Marina Beach and Trafalgar. There are three Ski boat launch sites as well as many superb Rock and Surf angling hot spots, Splash Rock in Port Edward being the most famous. Lovely hiking trails through the Umtamvuma gorge are complimented with various mountain bike routes through the sub-tropical farms. I am an Associate member of The South African Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a Fellow member of The Chartered Institute of Business Management, having obtained both these qualifications in 1986.
These have been an invaluable asset to me in the real estate industry. Having run my own businesses in a service related industry for over 20 years has enabled me to meet a diverse cross section of the population and integrate deeply into the community. My intimate knowledge of both the area and people helps me to achieve my goal of fulfilling my sellers’ mandates and placing buyers in the home they have set their hearts on. Most of my clients are not residents of the area and therefore it is extremely important for me to communicate with them on an ongoing basis, something which I pride myself in doing.
I endeavour to make the buying or selling of a property as seamless and uncomplicated as possible for my clients. When not at work, you are likely to find me spending time with family and friends on one of our beautiful beaches or playing a round of golf on one of the manicured courses in the area. I enjoy fishing, gardening and am essentially an outdoor person. Game viewing and birding are also activities I really enjoy.
