Hi, I am Cath Molyneaux, area Principal and Franchisee for the Kwa Zulu Natal lower South coast. I began my career in the property industry almost 15 years ago and in April 2004 was privileged with the opportunity of opening a Pam Golding franchise in Port Edward. I am involved in all aspects of the real estate industry, covering Residential, Agricultural, Commercial, and Sectional title sales, including gated life style estates. During my 12 year period with Pam Golding I have won a number of accolades and prestigious company awards including “Rookie” franchisee of the year, Top sales office in my category, and most improved office of the year.
I completed my “board exam” in 2003, qualified as a master practitioner of real estate (MPRE), obtained the NQF5 qualification in 2011, and completed business management and sectional title courses through the UCT Graduate School of business. I have gained an in-depth knowledge of the areas within my franchise territory covering Port Edward, Leisure Bay, Glenmore, Munster, Palm Beach, and Trafalgar, and am now very excited to have recently been given the extended responsibility of the San lameer, Marina Beach, Southbroom, and Ramsgate areas, and as a consequence have recently opened a new office in Ramsgate, the area where I lived and began my real estate career prior to joining Pam Golding properties.
My ultimate aim as a real estate agent is to build a relationship of trust and transparency and provide a personalised experience and service to each of my clients. To achieve this, it is a combination of professionalism, devotion, ethics, loyalty and experience that are at the core of everything I do. These values, as well as the Pam Golding culture are the keys to my success. When I’m not at work and now that my three sons are grown up and have spread their wings, I like to spend time catching up with special friends, playing bridge, or trying my hand at decorating with new ideas and concepts in my home and garden.
