Hi, I am Cath Molyneaux, Area Principal and Franchisee for the KwaZulu-Natal Lower South Coast. I began my career in the property industry more than 22 years ago, and in April 2004 I was privileged to open the Pam Golding Properties franchise in Port Edward.
I am involved in all aspects of the real estate industry, including residential, agricultural, commercial, and sectional title sales, as well as gated lifestyle estates.
Over the years, I have been honoured with several accolades, including Rookie Franchisee of the Year, Top Sales Office in my category, and Most Improved Office of the Year.
I am a qualified Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE), completed my board examination in 2003, obtained my NQF Level 5 qualification in 2011, and have furthered my expertise through business management and sectional title studies at the UCT Graduate School of Business.
My franchise territory spans Port Edward, Leisure Bay, Glenmore, Munster, Palm Beach, Trafalgar, San Lameer, Marina Beach, Southbroom, and Ramsgate. Over the years, I have expanded from our original office in Port Edward to establish a further presence in Southbroom, strengthening our reach, accessibility, and long-term viability across the Lower South Coast.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: real estate is built on trust. My aim is to create lasting relationships through transparency, professionalism, and personalised service, guided by the values and culture that define Pam Golding Properties.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with close friends, playing bridge, and exploring creative ideas in my home and garden. With my three sons now grown and forging their own paths, this chapter of life brings both balance and inspiration.
