Hi, I am Margie and I have been working in the Real Estate industry since 2006. I specialise in residential and commercial property sales in Port Alfred. In my spare time I enjoy playing golf, cycling, the outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends. I hold a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate qualification and continually extend my proficiency with research and participating in the Pam Golding Academy training courses. I joined Pam Golding Properties in 2006, initially specialising in the new developments, the Kenton Eco Estate and later I extended my area to the village of Kenton on Sea and surrounding areas. I then moved to work in Port Alfred and after spending a year and a half working with another brand, I was fortunate to be approached by Isobel Meyer to join her sales team at Pam Golding Properties, Port Alfred. How wonderful to be back! I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in marketing and sales, both with Developments, Residential Property and Rentals.

I am approachable, reliable and reachable. I set a high standard and go beyond what is expected by both buyers and sellers and their representatives. The most memorable aspect of time spent in the real estate industry has been my enjoyment of interacting with so many different individuals and families. I am thrilled to assist buyers in finding their ideal home and concluding a sale with satisfied sellers. Having grown up in this part of the Eastern Cape, I have an inherent knowledge of the local community and environment.
