Good day, I’m Malehu and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2008. I specialise in sales in Ivy Park, Madiba Park, Emolo, Seshego and Bendor in the Polokwane area. When I matriculated I went on to study a National Diploma in Public Management and Computer Literature. I joined Pam Golding in August 2008 and have loved every moment of it. I have a total of 9 years’ experience in the real estate industry and have successfully completed my NQF4 in real estate and I am now in the process of achieving my PDE qualification. I have not achieved any awards as yet but with hard work and determination I’m hoping to make our office in Polokwane proud.
What I love most about this industry is the fact that I get the pleasure of meeting new people every day. I strive to take my client’s needs and wants into consideration when finding them the perfect property. I find it most rewarding when I successfully achieve a sale and making my clients happy. I recently concluded a R870 000 property sale in Ivy Park and a R437 400 sale in Madiba Park. I take great pride in what I do and endeavour to always uphold the great Pam Golding name.
I enjoy socialising and in doing so I meet most of my potential clients. I enjoy dressing up and looking tidy and professional as you need to be presentable when going to meet clients. Outside of working hours, I truly enjoy spending quality time with my family. I also love working with children and participating in community projects. I enjoy making contributions to the little ones by donating clothes, food and other necessary items that they need.
