Hi, I'm Busi and I have always been fascinated with the idea of purchasing land or a home and then flip it into flats or apartments. I would regularly watch shows that would fuel my passion for property in general. After graduating as a Human Settlements Practitioner at the University of Fort Hare, towards the begining of the pandemic, I thought I would never get the opportunity to work as a Human Settlements Practitioner. The pandemic was just unpredictable. I'm pretty sure that after the pandemic we all realized that LIFE IS TOO SHORT. Live life with meaning and build relations that will make you memorable. Be patient, be grateful and be human before anything else.
Whether navigating personal milestones, creative pursuits, or professional goals, I intend to seek out meaning in the process, not just the outcome. Through this mindset, I aim to inspire others to pause, reflect, and celebrate their unique paths. Because the journey itself is a gift — and joy, a choice we can make every day.
Generally, I am very sentimental and I find purpose in every single thing. I always say: "The things that might seems meaningless to you, might mean the world to someone else, therefore be grateful".By combining professional expertise with empathy, transparency, and enthusiasm, I strive to create more than successful transactions — I aim to build relationships grounded in trust and shared purpose.
In real estate, it’s not just about where you end up — it’s how you get there that makes all the difference. I truly believe that blessings are never denied but delayed.
