I am Kleinbosch & Welgelegen Agent Cora de Lima.

Hi, I am Cora de Lima and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since January 2014. I specialise in residential property sales in the Welgelegen and Kleinbosch areas of Parow.

With over three years’ experience in property sales, as well as residing in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town for over 13 years, I hold a wealth of knowledge around the local property market. I have observed the surrounding areas of Parow develop into a thriving market through various economic climates. I share this insight with my clients, equipping them with sound advice and ensuring they are able to make an informed property decision. Buying or purchasing a property is, in most cases, my client’s largest life investment and I am here to guide them through the often daunting process.

I am currently an Intern Estate Agent working towards my NQF in Real Estate. I pride myself in my commitment and dedication towards my clients to meet their unique property requirements.

I am a passionate person, and believe in always executing tasks to the best of my ability. Loyalty, honesty and respect are the three characteristics I base my ethos on. I offer my clients a professional, transparent and friendly service. I am the agent who will always go the extra mile for you!

When I’m not finding my clients their dream home, I am spending time with my family, and gorgeous Yorkie, Oreo.

“We would like you to know what a pleasure it was to be assisted by both Bernie and Cora, who very professionally and cheerfully guided us through the listing and selling phases ”

“Pierre, you have a fantastic team and together you have built up a great agency with a very bright future….thank you once again. ”
