Good day, I am Petrò-nette Howes and I recently joined Pam Golding Properties as an intern agent in residential sales in Pietermaritzburg and Hilton.
I have always enjoyed the property business and over the last 20 years I have gained valuable work experience including conveyancing, portfolio management of both residential and commercial developments, as well as kept my interest in property alive by actively assisting my husband’s property development business.
Pam Golding is the perfect platform for me to do what I enjoy doing and continue my journey in the property industry. I am eager to learn more and I will do this with the best support structure in place at Pam Golding.
I lived in Hilton for a short while in 2005 and fell in love with the village. I was very happy to move back to Hilton in 2010, when my husband and I were expecting our first daughter and our tiny apartment in Pietermaritzburg was not going to be big enough. We bought a vacant piece of land in Garlington Estate, where we built our dream home. We have since expanded our family to 3 girls and I love being part of the Garlington community.
