Hello, I am Pam... and my Real Estate career began 11 years ago, when I joined Pam Golding Properties, specialising in the lush Montrose area of Pietermaritzburg. I am a fully qualified Estate Agent, and continue to attend seminars and training, to ensure I can offer my clients the best possible advice. During my first year I attained "Most Promising Newcomer" and "Rookie of the Year" awards.

I feel I have achieved my goal, to conduct myself in a professional manner at all times, and never let the caring side of me slip away. I love the fact that I meet so many people, and finding the right property for the right person is what makes me happy! Once a sale is concluded, most of my clients remain my friends. My three sons were all educated at Maritzburg College in Pietermaritzburg, where they gained the confidence, to be the wonderful men they are today.

Montrose is a quiet area of Pietermaritzburg, surrounded by lush state forest. Our Midlands Meander is a mere 15 minutes away, where you can experience the best of "country living", quaint hotels, amazing wedding venues and “spoilt for choice” restaurants. A little further inland you have the beauty of the Drakensberg. Pietermaritzburg has the choice of the top schools in Natal. We also have the benefit of our own airport.

Our city is the hub of major sporting events such as Comrades Marathon, Duzi Canoe Marathon, World Class Cycling event, Royal Agricultural Show and many more. My spare time is spent with my family, and travelling to visit our son in Australia. With my great love for animals and their welfare, I previously served on the SPCA Committee as Vice Chairlady, and during this time met many like-minded people.
