I have always loved working with people. Being able to assist and guide clients through the process of selling or purchasing their homes is very rewarding. There is a large variety of houses, townhouses and apartments so everyone in the property market can find a suitable home in this greenbelt area. Not to mention the many great schools there are to choose from.
Although I have been in the business for 18 years, I am still as excited about the property marked as I was the day I joined. I am always going to seminars and training to keep up to date with the real estate profession. I have an extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and have been awarded Gold Club status on several occasions. I have passed all required exams including completing my NQF4 qualification.
Prior to Pam Golding I worked in the airline industry. I was fortunate enough to travel extensively and is something I still love to do. So when it’s time for a break I enjoy going to the beach in the Transkei, game viewing in Kruger Park or camping in the bush in Botswana and neighboring territories. Every now and again an overseas holiday has to be thrown into the mix.
In my spare time I enjoy painting and trying my hand at various crafts. Having the Midlands Meander on our doorstep is a huge bonus. Eden Kids which assists under privileged children and Tafta for the elderly are charities I love to support. They are very close to my heart and I assist where I can.
