I am Surina and I have been working for Pam Golding Properties since 2004.

After completing my B Comm HONS in Industrial Psychology, I worked in the HR industry for a few years before deciding to get involved with Real Estate.

Having no experience as an estate agent, I decided to join an established, well-known brand that I felt matched my principals and ethics. I fell in love with the industry and the company immediately – discovering that everything I did prior to this, prepared me for what I am still doing today.

I started out as an intern agent in Paarl, after moving into town the previous year. I knew very few people, but loved the area for its lively atmosphere and beautiful surrounds.

Pam Golding Properties offered me all the training and guidance that I needed to become a professional in my field. The level of support that Pam Golding provides to all its employees, is simply outstanding. Their award-winning marketing, sets it apart from the competition and makes it easy for agents to perform. 

My journey with the company progressed from being an intern agent to becoming the top-performing agent in the region and thereafter, being promoted to Branch Manager with several offices under my management.

My passion is to give agents the opportunity and support that they need to become the best in their field.

I have dedicated teams who excel in what they do, and continuously over-achieve their goals. We are blessed to work and live in one of the most beautiful areas of SA, and we are committed to service excellence.
