Good day, I'm Roy Harris, and I'm proud to be part of the Pam Golding Properties team in Paarl, focusing on the exclusive estates and premium properties of the Winelands.
My path into real estate started about ten years ago in Deloitte's real estate tax practice in New York City, after qualifying as a CPA and earning a Master's in Accounting from the University of Denver. From there I went on to become a licensed real estate agent in Florida, where I spent over five years working directly with buyers and sellers. My background gives me a sharp eye for the numbers behind a deal, whether it's understanding a property's value, negotiating an offer, or helping a Client see the full picture clearly.
Paarl is home. I went to high school here, and after twelve years in the US, I moved back to the Winelands for good. Outside of work, you'll probably find me in the woodshop, on the golf course, or at a braai with family and friends.
As part of the Pam Golding network, I can also connect Clients to buyers and opportunities well beyond Paarl, drawing on the brand's reach across South Africa and its international partnerships.
