Hello, I am Llewellyn Louw, and I have the privilege of working with the Pam Golding Properties team in Paarl.
I feel really privileged to be able to do a job I love every day, with the Winelands on my doorstep and the beautiful mountains always in the background. The relationships I’m able to build with the warm, friendly people of Paarl, are of course also a major part of the appeal.
Involved in construction management for the last four years, I have a significant history of real estate experience. I have also been responsible for the rental management of several properties. I believe in building lasting relationships, based on empathy and trust, and my goal is to offer a true, peace of mind real estate experience.
I love working with people and am passionate about seeing the potential in a property, and then matching it with the perfect owner. Watching people fall in love with the home of their dreams really makes me tick.
My wife and I love travelling abroad and experiencing different food and cultures. I also love jogging and exploring nature, while braaiing with friends and family remains a firm favourite. We are all dog-lovers, and English Springer Spaniel, Simba, is a much-loved member of the family.
