Good day, I am Gia Fouché and I am a full status agent specialising in real estate in the magnificent Val de Vie Estate, which comprises Boschenmeer, Val de Vie and Pearl Valley at Val de Vie.
Based in Paarl, in the picturesque winelands of the Western Cape, I am privileged to sell homes every day amidst the natural beauty and splendour of this sought-after area.
After completing my B. Econ and LLB Post Grad degrees at Stellenbosch I worked in both the property arena and holiday development industry as a sales agent. It was during this time that I achieved my ‘Top Saleslady/Agent’ award. An accolade I am justifiably proud of.
