Hello, I’m Annemarie and have been working with Pam Golding Properties since January 2017.
I specialise in residential real estate in Onrus, Vermont, Chanteclair and Hemel en Aarde Valley. I completed my NQF4 and PDE qualifications and have a B.A Phys.ED and HED degree. I have been in real estate since 2011 and when I’m not working, I enjoy cooking up a feast for family and friends, working in the garden and as an art lover, visiting as many galleries as possible.
I lived in Durbanville for 27 years as a practising artist, where I also owned a framing business. We owned a holiday house in Onrus for 12 years, but only moved here permanently in 2017.
I believe in the efficiency of sole mandates, hard work and dedication. I take pride in assisting my clients in all their property requirements and like to present myself in a friendly, transparent and professional manner at all times.
