“Never stop believing.”

Hello, I’m Rob. I have been working for the Pam Golding Properties Nottingham Road office as a property consultant for seventeen years. I sell farms, smallholdings, houses, estate homes, vacant land, businesses and hospitality venues. My area stretches from Nottingham Road to Balgowan and Lions River, to the Dargle, Karkloof and Curries Post, Howick, Mount West, Mooi River, Loteni, Rosetta and Kamberg as well as into the Drakensberg region. I have completed the NQF4 in real estate qualification and I am a Professional Practitioner in Real Estate. Get in touch and let’s discuss how I can help you with your property requirements.

After my initial year I was awarded Rookie of the year and I am also a Gold Club Agent. I have received awards for highest annual and monthly sales value, and special awards for farm sales and outstanding achievement. The country environment brings together like minded folk from all walks of life and I enjoy the opportunity this offers of meeting people with such varied interests, professions and backgrounds. I thrive on the challenge of finding that special property that will suit each individual client’s requirements and my ultimate aim is to have both a satisfied seller and buyer.

Whilst initially I had a fundamental knowledge of farming, having run a small herd of beef cattle, over the years I have gained a wealth of information encompassing a variety of farming enterprises from timber to dairy to cropping to piggeries, poultry, sheep and vegetables. After having successfully run my own businesses in Durban for 35 years, I felt a career change was needed and because of my interest and involvement in property, this resulted in my leaning towards the real estate industry. Pam Golding was my agency of choice because they had sold my Durban home and I had witnessed first-hand their professionalism.

I have owned property in the Kamberg since 1980 and I love the feel of country life and truly appreciate the ever changing beauty of the surrounding countryside. In my spare time I am a keen gardener and thoroughly enjoy fishing. The Midlands of Kwazulu-Natal is home to a number of the country’s top private schools and an 80 kilometer or so arts and crafts route known as the Midlands Meander which highlights the talents of enumerable creative individuals. In addition there are lodges, guest houses, B&B establishments, restaurants and bistros to entice the traveler and the day visitor. Let me help you find your special property in this incredible area.

Live Remarkable.
