I am a property professional specialising in residential rental management, landlord representation and rental portfolio performance, currently working with Pam Golding Properties in Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs. My market knowledge spans Durbanville, Bellville, Parow and surrounding areas, complemented by extensive experience across Cape Town’s City Bowl, Atlantic Seaboard and Western Seaboard.
My career began in property valuations for insolvent and deceased estates before progressing into long-term rental management at Kinesis Property, where I spent over a decade managing and expanding rental portfolios. I subsequently helped develop the agency’s short-term rental offering, working with furnished apartments serving international tenants, expatriates, students and other temporary residents. In 2026, I was recognised as Regional Second Runner-Up, Agent of the Year – Rentals at Pam Golding Properties' GoldClub Gala Event.
My approach combines practical market knowledge with attentive property management, clear communication and a strong understanding of landlords’ investment objectives.
