I began my career in the property industry specializing in valuations for insolvent and deceased estates. This foundational experience led me to join a boutique-style agency in Cape Town's city center, where I dedicated over a decade to managing and expanding the long-term rental portfolio. During this time, I honed my expertise in furnished apartments tailored for expats, foreign students, digital nomads, and medical tourists. Many landlords sought our fully managed service, particularly those residing out of town or abroad.

Recognizing the burgeoning demand, I guided the agency into the short-term rental market across the CBD, Atlantic Seaboard, and Western Seaboard.
