Hello, I’m Heidi, and I’ve been part of the Pam Golding Properties team in Durbanville and surrounds since August 2023. I’m based in the Welgemoed office and specialise in residential rentals across the Northern Suburbs, focusing on Welgemoed, Loevenstein, Hoheizen, Welgedacht, Protea Valley, Kanonberg, Van Riebeeckshof, and the Oakglen and Oakdale areas of Bellville.
With over 10 years in the real estate sector and 6 years dedicated to rentals, my journey began in the property development space where I worked my way up from receptionist to liaising with developers, conveyancers, new homeowners, and tenants. I thrived in a fast-paced environment, immersed in every stage of the real estate process—from site meetings and project management to the final handover of a completed home.
I’m passionate about people and believe that relationship-building is at the heart of this industry. My background in working with NGOs, social workers, and government departments on youth development projects taught me the value of empathy, integrity, and fairness—principles I carry into every client interaction.
I am a fully qualified agent, having obtained my NQF4 and passed the PDE4 exam in 2022. I’ve built a rental portfolio from scratch and take pride in delivering hands-on, solution-driven service with honesty and care.
I love the Northern Suburbs for its diversity - nestled between Winelands and nature reserves, offering outdoor living and beautiful homes that truly feel like home. Outside of work, I enjoy sunrise walks on the beach, camping and reading both fiction and non-fiction with meaningful takeaways. Family and friendships are everything to me, and I cherish the time spent with my children, grandchildren, partner, and our extended family.
