Hello, I’m Charlene Hendricks a fully qualified Estate Agent with a NQF4. I specialise in rentals in the Durbanville areas in the northern suburbs of Cape Town.

 I strive to give my clients, landlords and tenants alike, the best and most efficient service possible. 

Personally, I love engaging with landlords and tenants, meeting new people excites me. I find it very rewarding to deliver excellent and professional service to all my clients. Every day is different and exciting. I enjoy the challenges of sourcing new tenants and listings, along with the creativity involved when marketing a home. I love all of it.

In my spare time, I stay busy in different ways. I enjoy participating in adventure activities and cycling with my son. I like to stay informed and updated by reading, crafting and creating new things. I also like to relax with a nice movie at the end of the day and spending quality time with friends and family is always rewarding.
