Good day, I am Hester and I have been working with Pam Golding Properties since 1994. I hold my NQF4 in Real Estate and I have specialised in residential rentals for the past 19 years.
I pride myself in being extremely hard working and always willing to go the extra mile for my clients. Through my many years in the industry I have built a reliable clientele base of landlords who continually return to me to manage their leased properties. Whether finding new tenants or extending contracts, the landlords trust me to find a suitable tenant on their behalf. I manage a portfolio of 38 properties on a daily basis. My thorough organisational skills are essential to maintaining these properties. I assist not only the landlords but the tenants too. Working in this industry brings clients from all spheres of live, and I enjoy attending to their specific needs. It is vital to ensure landlords obtain reliable tenants, and tenants find a place they can call home. It is a pleasure to bring them all together.
When I am not working I enjoy reading or going the movies. I am often socialising with family and friends.
