Fully certified through Services SETA with a Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4) and holding the official Professional Practitioner in Real Estate (PPRE) designation, Trevor prides himself on an unwavering commitment to honesty and reliability at all times. To further elevate this high standard of support, his wife of over 46 years, Colette, recently joined him at Pam Golding Properties as his dedicated assistant—ensuring buyers and sellers receive the seamless, top-tier service the brand is renowned for.
Specializing in the vibrant coastal and suburban markets of Durban North, Glen Anil, Glen Hills, Sunningdale, Somerset Park, La Lucia, Prestondale, and Umhlanga Rocks, Trevor and his team provide trusted guidance grounded in rich local insight.
