I am a GoldClub 10 Year Elite Agent with Pam Golding Properties, specialising in residential property and development sales across Durban North, La Lucia and Umhlanga. Having lived in Durban North for more than a decade, I have developed a deep connection with the area and its community, and I am passionate about sharing my local knowledge with clients looking to buy or sell property along the KwaZulu-Natal North Coast.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town, as well as a postgraduate qualification in Marketing from UCT. Before entering real estate, I built a successful career in Sales and Marketing and ran my own businesses across a number of industries. My experience in steel sales also gave me a valuable understanding of building structures and construction, while my interest in home modernisation allows me to identify opportunities to unlock a property's potential.
Living and working in Durban North gives me a strong understanding of the local residential property market and an extensive network within the community. Much of my business comes through referrals from friends, past clients and local connections, and I regularly work with properties offered on sole mandates. My approach is simple: I listen carefully to what my clients need and work tirelessly to find the right property. If the ideal home is not currently in my portfolio, I use my network and market knowledge to actively search for it.

Our office was named National Office of the Year (Franchise, Large) in 2020, 2024 and 2025, and has achieved Regional Office of the Year by sales value for ten consecutive years, from 2017 to 2026. For me, Durban North, La Lucia and Umhlanga offer an exceptional coastal lifestyle. I love the fact that you can start the morning with a surf and still be back at the office by 8:30am. The combination of beautiful beaches, established neighbourhoods, excellent amenities and a strong community is what makes this part of KwaZulu-Natal such a special place to live.
Outside of real estate, I am an avid surfer and enjoy keeping active outdoors, particularly when I can spend time with my family on the beach.
