I’m Dave Naidoo, a dedicated real estate professional with a passion for helping clients secure one of their most valuable assets — their home. I have been with Pam Golding Properties since 1 March 2016 and bring extensive experience, industry knowledge and a client-focused approach to every transaction.
As a Principal with 29 years of experience in the real estate industry, and 10 years with Pam Golding Properties, I have developed a strong understanding of the property market and the diverse requirements of buyers and sellers.
I specialise in residential property sales across Redhill, Avoca, Greenwood Park, Effingham, Kenville, Avoca Hills, Phoenix, Verulam, Tongaat, La Mercy, Durban North and Umhlanga.
My professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College in England, completed through MANCOSA. I have completed the EAAB examination and hold the CEA designation. I have also been granted full exemption against the NQF Level 4 and NQF Level 5 qualifications and have been awarded Master Practitioner in Real Estate status by the EAAB.
Throughout my career, I have been recognised for my performance and commitment to the industry. I was named Agent of the Month in January 2025, and in January 2026 I achieved four conclusive sales, reflecting my continued dedication to delivering successful outcomes for my clients.
I take great pride in providing professional, personalised service and building lasting relationships with my clients. My approach is based on understanding each client's individual property requirements and guiding them through the buying or selling process with care, integrity and professionalism.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, gardening, maintaining my home and listening to music. My passion for property extends beyond my profession — I take pride in my own home and appreciate the importance of creating a place that feels truly special.
