I specialise in residential sales in Redhill, Avoca, Greenwood Park, Effingham, Kenville, Avoca Hills, Phoenix, Verulam, Tongaat, La Mercy, Durban North, Umhlanga.

I currently hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree. I also possess a post graduate diploma in management studies from the Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College In England (Through MANCOSA ). I completed the EAAB examination and is entitled to the designation CEA. The EAAB has granted me full exemption against the NQF level 4 and the NQF level 5 Qualification. I have been awarded the Master Practitioner in Real estate from the EAAB.
I am a principal for the past 22 years. I am a full status non principal at Pam Golding Properties for 3 years.
I was the top agent of the month for January 2018, February 2018 and August 2018. My average sale was 1 sale per month for the 2018 financial year.
I had 3 conclusive sales for May 2019 with the average commission rate of 7%. One property was listed and sold the same day at higher than the listing price.
I have a passion for the Real Estate industry. I have great pleasure securing the most precious asset for a client which is a home.
I always maintain the upkeep of my personal home. I love gardening and listening to music. I enjoy family time.
