My journey in the property sector began at Standard Bank Property Finance Division in Rosebank, Johannesburg, where I served as a Manager in the Bond Administration team for a gratifying 16 years. This tenure in the corporate environment equipped me with invaluable knowledge in property-related matters, fostering both personal and professional growth.
In 2011, I transitioned into residential real estate upon my relocation to Durban. Since then, I have successfully completed the NQF4 and PDE4 examinations mandated by the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority. I am proudly registered as a Full Status Agent, backed by a renewed Fidelity Fund Certificate, and commit to ongoing professional development by staying abreast of the latest industry insights through compulsory annual training.
I am also an accredited Agent on Ilala Ridge Estate, Izinga open suburb, Izinga Gated Estates 1 & 2 and Hawaan Forrest Estate. Beyond this, I am actively engaged in various developments within our operational area, collaborating with developers.
