Hello, my name is Avril Warman, and I have been a resident agent in Durban North and La Lucia for the past 38 years. My journey in the real estate industry started in 2020 when I obtained my FFC. However, my passion for architecture and construction goes back many years. I had the privilege of starting my career at Basil Read Construction in Gauteng, where I was fortunate to learn about the building industry from the ground up. It was during this time that I developed an acute eye for detail and an appreciation for the importance of quality control in any construction project.

My desire to expand my knowledge and skills led me to work for a top Umhlanga architect at the renowned Pearls of Umhlanga as a Quality Control Inspector. This experience gave me an unparalleled understanding of the importance of maintaining a high standard of quality in all aspects of a project.

As someone who has always loved creating and maintaining beautiful surroundings, my career in real estate is a natural fit for me. It allows me to combine my passion for architecture and construction with my love for people. I consider it a great honor to help couples and families find their dream home or to assist them in making their home as attractive as possible when the need arises to sell.

When I'm not working, I enjoy social golf, interior design, and floral art courses. These activities allow me to tap into my creativity and unwind after a busy day.
