One of a kind.
I’ve been involved in real estate in the Southern Peninsula since 2004, specialising in Noordhoek and its secure estates, including Lake Michelle, Chapman’s Bay, Zilvermyn and Stonehaven Estate.
But my connection to Noordhoek goes back much further. I’ve called the Noordhoek Valley home since 1991, so this is an area I know not only as a property professional, but as someone who has lived here, raised a family here and watched the valley evolve over many years.
After my studies, I spent five years working in the UK, Kenya and South Sudan in administrative and humanitarian roles. South Africa was always home, though, and when I returned I found my way into property as a third-generation real estate agent. More than two decades later, I’m still genuinely passionate about it.
For me, real estate has always been about people as much as property. I love meeting people, hearing their stories, understanding what they are looking for and helping them make good decisions about where they want to live. Buying or selling a home is a significant step, and I believe clients value honest advice, clear communication and someone who knows the area intimately.
My career with Pam Golding Properties has been recognised consistently at both Western Cape and national level. In 2026, I was named Western Cape Second Runner Up Agent of the Year for Residential, Category C, and a GoldClub Agent. In 2025, I was Western Cape Winner Agent of the Year for Residential, Category C, National Runner Up Agent of the Year for Residential, Category C, Winner of the Agents’ Agent Award and a GoldClub Agent. I was also recognised in 2024, 2023 and 2022 with further Western Cape Agent of the Year and GoldClub achievements, including Western Cape Winner Agent of the Year in 2022.
While I’m proud of these achievements, the part of my work I value most is the relationships I’ve built along the way and the families I’ve had the privilege of helping find their place in Noordhoek.
Living in Noordhoek for so many years has given me a real appreciation for what makes this valley special – the mountains, the ocean, the open spaces, the quieter pace and, perhaps most importantly, the sense of community. I understand that choosing a home here is often about choosing a way of life.
Outside of property, I love being outdoors – trail running and hiking in the mountains, surfing with my children at Muizenberg, and spending time with family and friends around a braai with a chilled glass of Chardonnay.
I feel very fortunate to have built a career around a place I genuinely love.
