Hi, I’m Bernice Liebenberg and I am a fully qualified NQF 4 Full Status Agent.

I have been with the Pam Golding Properties family since 2005, dabbled briefly in the motor trade industry for two years, before rejoining Pam Golding Properties in 2021.

My favorite part of working in the real estate industry is working with and meeting new people - I have a large network of clients, family and friends in the area since Newcastle is my hometown.

My most memorable sales are the ones during which I have offered exceptional service, resulting in delighted clients before, during and after the sales process. I am skilled at managing my Exclusive Mandates with a success rate of around 90%. I am skilled at pricing and I know my area well.
I am a mother to two teenage daughters and a son, who is still a toddler so I fully understand that time is precious. For this reason, I work hard as an agent to make my clients’ experiences, whether selling or buying a home, as stress free as possible.

My other hobbies are golf, baking and cooking!
