Good day, I’m Zida de Villiers and I’ve been working with Pam Golding Properties since 2003. I specialise in commercial sales in Nelspruit. In my spare time I enjoy bird watching, the outdoor life and visiting a few old friends in the old age home.
The beautiful city of Nelspruit has been my home for 25 years. I studied at the University of Pretoria and achieved a B.A. Hons Degree in Criminology during the 80’s. Life took a turn and my career in property started at Pam Golding Properties. I am privileged to have seen the city grow and be a part of Pam Golding properties.
I am a fully qualified estate agent and have successfully completed my EAAB exam as well as my NQF4 qualification. I have also achieved Gold Club status three times. To make a difference in someone’s life is part of my life philosophy. I am passionate about property and love to connect people to the right property. Working with people makes me happy and I love to help people and contribute to my society.
Through Pam Golding I did numerous in house courses and the training we got was priceless. I started a new career in commercial properties in 2016. The new challenge is exciting and I know I will make just as big of a success as I did when selling residential properties. I strive to always work hard and give my clients the best possible service.
In my spare time I enjoy bird watching and am a true nature lover. Sitting next to a bushveld fire under the African stars inspires and excites me. To be a mother to my children and a wife to my husband is my life and joy and I consider it the greatest privilege. I also love to cook for my family and friends. My motto in life is to live your life with no regrets and seize the moment!
