I am Pam.
One of a kind.
Hello, my name is Wanyi.
Long before I started looking after other people’s homes, I built my career in the fast-moving worlds of FMCG and banking, where I built brands, led teams, managed demanding relationships and delivered results that others could count on. Property management wasn’t a departure from that work so much as a new place to apply it. Today, as a Property Manager at Pam Golding Properties, I look after residential homes on behalf of landlords across Nairobi and around the world.
My days are full of the details most landlords would rather not think about: rent collection, lease renewals, inspections, maintenance and the steady stream of small decisions that keep a tenancy running smoothly. What sets me apart is how I handle them. Years of managing stakeholders have taught me how to keep tenants, contractors and landlords on the same page, and I hold myself to one habit above all: I don’t let an issue go until it’s closed out. My marketing background also gives me an eye for presentation, so the homes I manage are shown at their best and stay attractive to good tenants.
Then there’s the diaspora. I love to travel, and I know how it feels to be far from home, which is why I work tirelessly for landlords who are watching their property from another continent. Wherever they are in the world, they always know where things stand, and that peace of mind is exactly what I set out to give them.
Away from the office, my life is simple and grounded. You’ll find me at the gym, out on a quiet nature walk or, more than anything else, making time for my son. Those pauses keep me clear-headed, which is why I stay calm and organized when things get busy.
My promise to landlords is just as straightforward: I take the headache out of tenancy so that they can focus on their other work and business interests, while I work to protect and grow the value of their investments.
Your property deserves care. Your tenant deserves comfort. I deliver both.
