Hi, my name is Rosetta Makali. I am a commercial property consultant. The Nairobi suburbs of Upper Hill, Langata and Karen are my areas of operation.
What makes me different and effective is my empathy, transparency and enthusiasm. I love educating clients by showing them numbers and trends, enabling them to make the best decisions possible. As a consultant, I truly do look out for your best interests. Understanding the commercial property market can be a daunting task. It is my job to guide you through selection, negotiation and the legal side of contracts.
Before becoming a realtor, I spent 15 years in the public relations, marketing, and sales field working in variety of fields from television to research to lighting engineering to the NGO sector. This diverse background has provided me with strong negotiation, client service and marketing skills. Outside of work, I am passionate about empowering women. Through Hawa Artists, a community based organization, I am involved in teaching artistic income generating skills to marginalized women and youth. I have worked with the women of Kami Moto in Turkana and Pumwani Youth. Aside from this, I have raised money for various charities among them Rescue Dada, Catholic Relief and Faraja Trust. I do hold a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration (Honors) from USIU.
