Hi, I'm Mercy Kemunto, a residential sales agent with Pam Golding Properties, specialising in Kilimani North. I bring a unique combination of international service experience, psychological insight, and a genuine passion for people to every client relationship and property journey.
My journey to real estate was shaped by over seven years of experience as a Flight Attendant with the award-winning Qatar Airways. This experience shaped my approach to service and taught me the value of attentive listening, clear communication, cultural awareness, and understanding the individual needs of every person I meet.
My training in Clinical Psychology has further deepened my ability to connect with people and understand the personal motivations behind important life decisions. Buying or selling a home is rarely just a transaction. It often coincides with major life moments: a growing family, a new career, a fresh start, or the next chapter after a long one and you shouldn't have to navigate it alone.
One thing that has remained constant throughout my career is my love for walking with people through the different journeys of life. This is at the heart of how I approach real estate. I take the time to understand what matters to my clients, listen to their aspirations, and provide thoughtful, personalised guidance throughout their property journey.
Outside of real estate, I value time spent with my loved ones and the simple moments that make life meaningful. I enjoy globe-trotting and discovering new cultures, particularly through their food and unique culinary traditions. I also genuinely enjoy cooking and the creativity that comes with preparing a new dish, especially for the people I love. Most of all, I treasure spending time with myspouse and toddlers, embracing the joy, energy, and wonderful moments that come with raising them.
