Kunaal Samani is the Franchise Principal of Pam Golding Properties Kenya, established in 2012 with a vision to build one of the country’s most trusted and respected real estate businesses.
Under his leadership, the business has grown from a Nairobi-based operation into a multidisciplinary property company serving clients across Nairobi, Kenya’s Coast and other key markets. Its services span residential sales and rentals, commercial property, developments and property management.
Kunaal’s approach is centred on trusted advice, long-term relationships and an unwavering commitment to service excellence. Together with his team, he works to ensure that every client , whether a homeowner, investor, developer or corporate organisation benefits from strong market knowledge, discretion and a clear understanding of their objectives.
He holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Strategy from Bayes Business School, formerly Cass Business School, and has attended on-campus executive education programmes at London Business School, Wharton and Harvard Business School.
Pam Golding Properties Kenya has received numerous national and regional distinctions, including National Franchisee of the Year in 2016 and 2024. In 2026, Kunaal received the Pam Golding Rose Bowl, one of the organisation’s most meaningful honours, recognising leadership, contribution and the embodiment of the Pam Golding values.
