I am Pam.
One of a kind.
My name is Hiral Ghaghda, and I am a real estate agent with Pam Golding Properties, specialising in Parklands and Westlands.
For me, real estate has always been more about people than just properties. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people, listening to their stories and getting to understand what they are really looking for. Working in real estate has given me the opportunity to meet people from different professions, countries and cultures, and that is one of the things I value most about what I do.
I believe finding a home is personal. A client may tell me how many bedrooms they need, their preferred location and their budget, but I like to understand the person behind those requirements. How do they live? What makes them comfortable? What matters to their family? What are they willing to compromise on, and what is truly important to them?
I am naturally observant, so during conversations and viewings I pay attention to the little things—the questions a client asks, what catches their attention and even their reactions when they walk into a room. Sometimes those small details tell me more about what they are looking for than a property brief ever could.
I also believe strongly in honesty. I don't want to oversell a property simply because it is available. If I don't believe a home is right for my client, I would rather continue looking until we find something that is. The same applies when working with landlords. I believe in having realistic and transparent conversations about pricing, market expectations and what tenants are genuinely looking for.
As I continue building my knowledge of Parklands and Westlands, my goal is to become an area specialist that both clients and landlords can trust—not only because I know the properties, but because I understand the people I am working with.
At the end of the day, I don't want a client to remember me simply as the agent who showed them a house. I want them to remember that I listened, understood what they needed and helped them find a place that truly felt right.
