Hi, I am Leigh and I am property consultant for Pam Golding Properties. As an intern I have had a very successful year within the Mount Edgecome Country Estates 1 & 2, and surrounding areas. I have concluded three sales, a rental and secured seven sole mandates within this challenging market. Having lived on the Mount Edgecombe Estate myself over the past 12 years, purchasing and renting numerous properties, this has provided me with valuable insight into the market of the estate.
I am currently completing my internship and will shortly qualify as a specialised real estate agent in residential sales and rentals. I enjoy networking with people in other industries, having worked in various industries myself. It is through these connections I have a large client base on which I am able to build my successful career. No day is ever the same, and people’s skills are continuously challenged.
I love the pace of the industry and the challenges it brings. I am actively involved in various underprivileged organisations. I have been Chairlady for a mentally challenged school for six years. I use my valuable time and resources to assist in daily running of the school, the finances, meeting planning, interviewing teachers and most of all, raising funds to allow the children a better education and school career.
I have a passion for gardening, in particular roses. I tend to an assortment of rose gardens on the estate two mornings a week, and proudly show my green fingers to new clients moving into the estate. In my free time I keep active with sunny afternoon’s water skiing, walking, cycling or taking a trip with my family.
