Good day, I’m Keith Murray and I’ve been working with Pam Golding since I started the Mossel Bay Franchise of Pam Golding Properties in June of 1995. I specialise in developments, farms and residential sales on Gondwana Game Reserve in the Greater Mossel Bay area. When I’m not working I enjoy gardening, visiting my children and my grandchildren. I have a very broad experience in the property industry having sold farms, commercial properties, residential properties and developments over the years and have also had experience in many different aspects of the business. I am currently operating in a management capacity, overseeing our 3 offices in the area and all agents. I have been involved in the business for 21 years and have also attained the NQF5 qualification as a principal.
Although I personally was not able to take part in the various incentive programs, our franchise has won Franchise of the Year, Referral Office of the Year, Referral Office of the Year for Standard Bank, Marketing Office of the Year and numerous other accolades over the past 21 years. My most notable and recent sale was a house I sold on Gondwana to the value of R3.8 million.
When participating in the real estate industry this means that one gets to meet new people, deal with people from different walks of life as well as learning about property and the industry. One is in a position to assist people who are wanting to purchase their dream home, and it is a real privilege as some of these relationships can become friendships as one continues to assist clients in their differing needs from year to year and life stage to life stage.
When I am not at work or assisting clients, I enjoy doing pottering in my garden, sharing experiences of different cuisine with good friends and visiting with my children and grandchildren.
