I am Shihaam Hoosain and I have been working for Pam Golding Properties since 2007. I specialise in residential Rentals in Mitchells Plain and surrounds.
When I am not working I love spending time with my family and in my spare time I cook, read and catch up on various series.
I started working in the property industry in 1999 and am passionate about the field in which I work. After completing the Board Exam in 2005, my NQF Level 4 in 2013 and finally my PDE in 2016, I qualified as a Full Status agent.
For around 13 years my sole focus was on rentals and from 2012 I expanded into sales. I have worked in diverse areas, namely, the City Bowl, Southern Suburbs and currently, Mitchells Plain. Working and satisfying clients, in such a diverse portfolio of areas, are one of the highlights of my career.
I thoroughly enjoy what I do and believe that this sense of enthusiasm is contagious in our industry. I am a people’s person and enjoy meeting individuals and assisting them in acquiring their “dream home”.
